TPT Retirement Solutions, a prominent provider of workplace pensions in the UK, has announced the appointment of Michael Callari as its newest Business Development Manager. In his new capacity, Michael will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth for TPT, with a particular focus on expanding the company's Defined Benefit propositions. This includes overseeing the growth of DB Complete, a comprehensive DB Master Trust, as well as the newly introduced DB Connect offering, which allows pension schemes to access consolidation benefits without necessitating membership in a Master Trust. Michael will report directly to Jonathan Jackaman, Head of DB Distribution.
Bringing over six years of extensive experience in business development, Michael is well-versed in various aspects of the sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to completing RFPs, delivering pitches, and facilitating client onboarding. His expertise extends to conducting tailored educational sessions for pension schemes and trustee boards, ensuring alignment with their specific needs and objectives. Prior to joining TPT, Michael served as a Business Development Manager at CACEIS, a leading asset servicing banking group under the umbrella of Crédit Agricole and Santander.
